Are the designs really hand-drawn?
Yes. Every mandala starts as an original drawing made by hand in our studio, then is applied to your tumbler with laser engraving or UV printing.
Which size should I choose?
The 32oz is a travel cup for long days: it has a flexible grab-and-go handle and fits most cupholders. The 20oz is designed for kids: lightweight and easy to carry.
How long do they keep drinks hot or cold?
The 32oz has double-wall vacuum insulation: hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. The 20oz kids' tumbler keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours.
Are the lids spill-proof?
Yes. Both sizes come with a folding straw lid designed to be spill-proof: on the 20oz the straw tucks away securely, and the 32oz lid is also leak-proof.
What are the tumblers made of?
Durable, BPA-free stainless steel that resists rust and staining. The 20oz kids' tumbler is made of 18/8 food-grade stainless steel with a colorful powder coating.
How do I clean my tumbler?
Please hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap. It keeps the tumbler and the design looking their best for longer.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order, then shipped with tracking. You'll see the estimated delivery time and the shipping cost at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Every piece is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked.
