EXCHANGE OR REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS - If damaged or printed incorrectly
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or incorrect product choice. Each item is uniquely produced and printed based on your order specifications.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Proof of Damage: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to our customer service team at camillablululi@gmail.com.
3. Process for Damaged or Defective Products
Contact Us: Email us at camillablululi@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
Review: Our team will review your request and contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either:
Send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or
Issue a refund to your original method of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

Some health and personal care items
