International Shipping Policy

Cancellations and Order Modifications
Requests for cancellations or order changes must be submitted in writing (via email) within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, your request may fall under our refund, exchange, or store credit policies.
Kindly note: cancellation and modification requests received outside of business hours may not be processed in time.
We offer free shipping to USA on all clothing and accessories over $75. For heavy furniture items (such as carpets and floor cushions), rates are calculated at checkout to ensure the safest delivery.
Order Fulfillment
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days.
Because some of our products are made-to-order (custom), it may take up to 10 business days to prepare your order before shipment.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time varies based on your destination and fulfillment location (Italy, EU, or US). For example:
- USA: 3–9 business days
- International: 3–30 business days (based on destination)

- Important Note: CCustoms duties and taxes vary by country and are not included in the total price at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchasing for more details on potential charges.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Our primary carriers include:
- DHL Express Worldwide: Delivers to over 220 countries and territories in 1-3 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: Ships to 190 countries in approximately 3-5 business days.
- Canada Post Xpresspost™ International: Delivers to more than 70 countries in 4-7 business days.
Order Processing Time:
