Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellations and Order Modifications
Requests for cancellations or order changes must be submitted in writing (via email) within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, your request may fall under our refund, exchange, or store credit policies.

Kindly note: cancellation and modification requests received outside of business hours may not be processed in time.

Order Fulfillment
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days.
Because some of our products are made-to-order (custom), it may take up to 10 business days to prepare your order before shipment.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time varies by destination and fulfillment location (Italy, EU, or US):
- USA: 3–9 business days
- International: 3–30 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

1. General Policy
As our physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect product choice. Each item is uniquely produced and printed according to your order specifications.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Time Frame: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to our customer service team at hello@blululi.com.
3. Process for Damaged or Defective Products
- Contact Us: Please email us at blululibox@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product. Our team will review your request and contact you within 5 business days with further instructions.
- Review: Our team will review your request and contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or
- Issue a refund to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. If the refund isn't reflected, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
