As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or incorrect product choice. Each item is uniquely produced and printed based on your order specifications.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Time Frame: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

3. Process for Damaged or Defective Products
